JazzHR Customer Referral Program Terms of Service

These JazzHR Customer Referral Program Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between Employ Inc. (“Employ”), on behalf of its JazzHR product, and you as a participant in the JazzHR Customer Referral Program (the “Referral Program”). These Terms govern your participation in the Referral Program and do not supersede or amend any other agreement you may have with Employ or JazzHR regarding services.
You may participate in the Referral Program by submitting a referral on the designated landing page (outlined below). By doing so, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Employ reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version at [URL TBD]. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any amended Terms.
1. Referral Program Eligibility
To participate in the Referral Program, you must be a current JazzHR customer in good standing. Employ reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.
2. Referral Process
Employ will provide you with a referral URL (“Referral Link”) that you may use to submit referred customers. All referred leads must be submitted through the designated JazzHR referral link: [URL TBD]
Referrals not submitted through the designated Referral Link will not be eligible for a Referral Bonus. The referred customer must register using a valid work email address.
3. Qualifying Referrals
Employ will award a Referral Bonus for each Qualifying Referral. A “Qualifying Referral” must meet all of the following conditions:
- The referred company is not an active JazzHR customer and has not engaged with the JazzHR or Employ sales team in the past six (6) months.
- The referred lead is submitted through the designated Referral Link using a valid work email address.
- The referred company purchases an annual JazzHR subscription within six (6) months of your referral submission.
- The referred company’s annual subscription payment is confirmed as received by Employ.
You may only submit personal professional contacts as prospective JazzHR customers. The following are prohibited:
- Use of paid advertising, including paid search, display ads, affiliate networks, or paid email campaigns.
- Use of the Referral Link to create a new JazzHR account for your own company, its affiliates, or yourself.
- Mass distribution of the Referral Link through channels not directed at specific, known individuals.
4. Referral Bonuses
Upon confirmation of a Qualifying Referral, both you (the referring customer) and the referred customer will receive a Referral Bonus as described below.

The 15% discount for the referred customer applies to the base annual JazzHR subscription fee only and does not apply to add-on services, implementation fees, taxes, or any other charges. The discount is applied at the time of purchase and is non-transferable.
The $50 gift card for the referring customer will be issued upon the earlier of: (a) the referred customer completing a demo with JazzHR, or (b) the referred customer’s paid annual plan being confirmed. The gift card will be delivered via a third-party provider and its use may be subject to that provider’s terms and conditions. Please allow up to eight (8) weeks for delivery.
5. Privacy
Any personal information collected by Employ in connection with the Referral Program will be processed in accordance with Employ’s Privacy Notice, available at www.employinc.com/privacy-notice-general.
6. Taxes
The Referral Bonus (including the gift card) may constitute taxable income. You are solely responsible for any federal or state taxes arising from your participation in the Referral Program. Employ may report Referral Bonus payments to relevant tax authorities as required by applicable law.
7. Reservation of Rights
Employ reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withhold, deny, or cancel any Referral Bonus if it determines that a referral was obtained through fraudulent, abusive, unethical, or suspicious means, or in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
8. Termination and Program Modifications
Employ reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Referral Program at any time and for any reason, with notice to you or by deactivation of your Referral Link. Employ may also adjust program terms—including bonus amounts and discount percentages—at any time by updating these Terms at [URL TBD].
9. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Employ with respect to the JazzHR Customer Referral Program. No other representations or agreements regarding the Referral Program will be binding unless in writing and agreed to by both parties.
