Hunter Recruitment Advisors (HRA) was founded in 2014 by Aaron Wynn, with the mission to provide small- and medium-sized businesses enterprise-level corporate recruiting teams and recruitment marketing strategies that will allow their businesses to brand themselves to their future candidates. Comparable to a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) provider, which allows companies to outsource all or part of their recruitment function, Hunter Recruitment Advisors acts as an extension of each clients’ employer brand, so that the candidates do not perceive they are working with an external provider. Since its founding eight years ago, HRA now has more than 25 employees and consultants, and the company’s revenue has grown by 500%.
