The Challenge
Speed and scalability
Since opening their doors in 2013, Museum Hack has grown to offer their unique Museum Tours in four major U.S. cities: Chicago, Washington, D.C., New York City, San Francisco. Business was (and is) thriving, but early on there were some serious growing pains associated with their success:
- Scaling issues
- Lack of organization Hack team quickly realized they were spending 40+ hours a week sifting through hundreds of candidate emails trying to find their next hire. As the pile of resumes stacked – so did their manual hiring tasks like scheduling interviews
- Inefficient hiring processes
- Road blocks in hiring team
- Lost time and dollars
The Museum Hack team quickly realized they were spending 40+ hours a week sifting through hundreds of candidate emails trying to find their next hire. As the pile of resumes stacked – so did their manual hiring tasks like scheduling interviews and trying to corral the team for candidate feedback.
Museum Hack CEO, Nick Gray, knew they needed a reliable hiring partner to help resolve these issues if they wanted to sustain their growth.
